Ideal as an energetic breakfast, as a snack at work or at school, for a party or afternoon tea with friends, and an incredible source of energy to deal with stress and daily fatigue. You can change shape as you wish, and use different seeds, nuts and dry fruits creating your ideal raw healthy and fulfilling snack.
